vermiete ein Zimmer in einer 4 Zimmer 120qm sanierten Altbau Wohnung.
Die Wohnung zeichnet sich aus durch Fußbodenheizung, Kaminofen, Parkett und Fließen, ebenerdige Dusche, Badewanne mit Whirlpool und natürlich der Charme eines Altbaus. (Sandsteinfassade vorne, Ziegelstein hinten, Stuck).
Das Zimmer ist leer geräumt, bei Bedarf stelle ich ein Bett.
Ich selbst bin Eigentümer, berufstätig, und suche jemand (Mann, Frau, alter egal) der ordentlich ist, wenn möglich nicht raucht, oder halt nur auf dem Balkon, und weiß wenn was dreckig ist dass er es halt auch wegputzt.

Die Wohnung hat entweder ein Zimmer mit 17qm inkl Nebenkosten (Gas, Wasser, Wlan, GEZ, Strom, usw.) für Euro 500+75
oder
ein Zimmer mit 8qm inkl. Nebenkosten (Gas, Wasser, Wlan, GEZ, Strom, usw.) für Euro 300+75
Ein Zimmer, Bad, Gäste Bad, Küche, Balkon und Wohnzimmer zur Mitbenutzung.
Ich selber werde ins Ausland delegiert, und behalte ein Zimmer meiner Wohnung um Kartons einzustellen und/ oder wenn wir zweimal im Jahr heimfliegen dort eventuell zu übernachten.
Einmalige Chance.
Die Wohnung wird aufgrund der Kosten nur vergeben wenn ich für beide Zimmer Personen finde.
Befristet auf maximal 2 Jahre. Wünschenswert wäre Minimum 1 Jahr.
