Australian Couple (Professional and Student)

Hello,

My name is James. My partner Nichola and I are an Australian couple looking for somewhere to live in or near Fürth. We are 29 and 31 respectively and have been living in Karlsruhe for the past 16 months but will be moving to Fürth in around early April for approximately 8 months. I will be completing my Masters Thesis with Siemens and Nichola, who has been working with Siemens in Karlsruhe for the past year, will be looking for full-time employment.

We are looking for any type of furnished accommodation that will accept a couple. We are a very friendly, sociable and considerate couple. We are very active people preferring to be outside when not working or studying. Our interests mainly include cycling, swimming, hiking, camping and travel.

If required we would be more than happy to provide references from the German couple we have been living with in Karlsruhe.

Also, given we are a couple we would be happy to renegotiate the rent if necessary.
