A spacious, bright room is waiting for you in our WG. We are four internationals therefore english is required. The cold rent is constant, while the service costs may vary with e.g. electricity prices and are equally shared by all tenants.
Location:
About 8 minutes to HBF by foot, the closest bus stop is 1-2min away.
The building is located next to Stadtpark, which is very beautiful.
About 35 minutes are needed to travel to techfak of FAU, the communte is quite comfortable.
Room:
I am leaving my room in the flatshare, as my masters is coming to an end. The room is very spacious and has an adjacent cozy smaller room, both just for you.
I would like to leave some furniture behind for a fee. This we can agree on during your flat viewing. I will probably take my bed, I will know for sure on Monday.
Flat:
The flat is a 4-person WG, international, and right now two of us are leaving to go on with our lives. Who stays: Vika, who is currently teaching english and Rafa who is doing his masters on FAU.
