Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer ab sofort ( Nur langfristige Untermiete ). Es ist möbliert und die Wohnung hat schon alles, was man braucht incl W-LAN und Waschmaschine ohne weitere Kosten.
My room is available from 01.02.2023 as a long-term sublet (with registration the citizen's office). It is furnished and the flat already has everything you need including WiFi and washing machine at no additional cost.
Die Wohnung liegt 2-3 Minuten von der Hochschule Bibliothek entfernt (also fast im Campus). Bushaltestelle ist 3 Min. zu Fuß entfernt und dann ist nur 6 Min. bis zur ZOB.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es ein Aldi Süd 5 min entfernt.
The apartment is 2-3 minutes away from the university library (almost on campus). The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and then it is only 6 minutes to the central bus station.
For shopping there is an Aldi Süd 5 minutes away.
Es ist eine internationale WG und es werden mehrere Sprachen gesprochen, deswegen sind alle internationalen Studenten willkommen. Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr nett und hilfreich, insbesondere wenn man vorher nicht in Deutschland gewohnt hat.
It is an international flat share and several languages are spoken, so all international students are more than welcome. The roommates are very nice,fun and very helpful, especially if you haven't lived in Germany before.

Wir sind eine Studentinnen dreier WG, haben je eigene Zimmer und teilen uns die Küche und das Badezimmer, die neu renoviert sind.
Wir sind beide 23 Jahre alt, studieren an der HS. Wir sitzen oft zusammen und freuen uns, wenn auch du dazu Lust hast aber es ist natürlich kein muss :) Wir sind beide viel unterwegs und freuen uns natürlich auch ab und zu unsere Ruhe zu haben.
