Durch die große Fensterfläche gelangt sehr viel Licht in dein Zimmer, das Dich gleich morgens mit der aufgehenden Sonne begrüßt. Das Zimmer ist folglich gegen süd-osten ausgerichtet.
Ebenfalls verfügt Dein neues Zimmer über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, in dem Du genug Platz für all deine Sachen findest. Das Highlight ist jedoch der 6m² großen Balkon, der direkt von deinem Zimmer begehbar ist. Dort lassen sich die warmen Sommertag gut aushalten.

Your new room is located on the first floor of a renovated flat in an old building. It is 18m² in size and has 3m high ceilings and old wooden floorboards. The large windows let a lot of light into your room, which welcomes you with the rising sun first thing in the morning. The room is therefore south-east facing.
Your new room also has a walk-in wardrobe, where you will find enough space for all your things. The highlight, however, is the 6m² balcony, which can be accessed directly from your room. It's a great place to spend warm summer days.
Die Lage könnte nicht idealer sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi etc), Bars, Restaurants und Fitness sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Zum Bahnhof gegst Du 8 Minunten und zur Uni 20 Minuten. Wobei du natürlich auch den Bus nehmen kannst.

The location could not be more ideal. The flat is located directly in the city centre. Grocery stores (Rewe, Aldi etc), bars, restaurants and the gym are only a few minutes away. The train station is 8 minutes away and the university 20 minutes. Of course, you can also take the bus.
Du wohnst mit Patrick (31) zusammen. Patrick ist ein ruiger und herzensguter Mensch, der aktuell sein Studium an der Hochschule beendet. Im Haus findest du sicher auch noch weiteren sozialen Anschluss.

Nicht nur möchte ich mich von meinem geliebten Zimmer, sondern auch von meinen Möbeln trennen. Das Zimmer ist folglich komplett möbliert und du brachst außer deiner Kleidung nichts mitbringen ;)

- Schreibtischstuhl
- Fernseher (an der Wand montiert)

- Paletten Bank inkl. Kissen (Terasse)
Für die verbindliche Übernahme der Möbel ist eine Abschlagszahlung i.h.v. €850,- zu erbringen.
