16 m² mit großem Balkon und Garten, den du gerne mitbenutzen kannst (für Picknicks, zum Gemüse anpflanzen, sonnen oder um deine Wäsche aufzuhängen). Das Zimmer ist wunderschön, sonnendurchflutet und hat einen Zugang zum Balkon sowie ein großes Fenster. Alle Möbel sind im Preis mit inbegriffen, du kannst also entscheiden, ob du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringst oder einfach alles benutzt, was es bereits an Möbel im Zimmer gibt. :) (Falls du weitere Möbel brauchst, findet sich das ein oder andere bei Nachfrage an die Vermieter ggf. auch noch im Haus.
Die Wohngemeinschaft verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Küche hat einen Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, … und ist mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet sowie einem sehr gemütlichen Sofa. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller kostenlos zur Verfügung.

16 m² with a large balcony and a garden which you can use (for home picnic, planting, sunbathing, hanging clothes). The room is full of sunlight with a window and a door to go to the balcony. All furniture are included so you can decide to have your own furniture or just take everything they have here. There are still some other furniture if you want, you can also ask the landlord to have a look in the storage room.
The shared apartment includes a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine,… and is equipped with cooking utensils. A washing machine are available free of charge in the basement.
Die WG befindet sich in Niesig. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus kommst du super easy zum Bahnhof und zur Universität. Lidl ist nur 3 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt.
Das Haus liegt in der Nähe eines sehr schönen Waldes, der zu tollen Spaziergänge einlädt.

The shared apartment is in Niesig. The nearest bus station is 2 minutes away. Easy to take the bus to go to train station and university. Lidl is a 3-minute away with the bus.
The house is near by a forest so you also can run and walking around everyday.
Es gibt 6 Zimmer auf 2 verschiedenen Etagen. 3 Zimmer auf derselben Etage teilen sich also ein Badezimmer. Du würdest das Bad entsprechend mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohner-/innen teilen.
Deine Mitbewohner-/ innen in der WG sind übrigens super freundlich. 4 deiner Mitbewohner studieren an der Hochschule in Fulda und eine deiner Mitbewohnerinnen macht eine Ausbildung.
Damit die Wohnung auch ordentlich und gemütlich bleibt gibt es einen Reinigungsplan. Gelegentlich wird bei guter Laune auch ab und zu gemeinsam geputzt was immer sehr lustig sein kann.

There are 6 rooms in 2 different floor. So 3 rooms in the same floor will share a bathroom. So if you take this room, you will share the same bathroom with 2 other flatmates.
There are 1 female and 4 males and are studying at Hochschule Fulda as well as doing an apprenticeship. All flatmates are friendly and nice so there are no problems during staying.
There will be a cleaning plan for everyone when you move in so everyone is responsible for the cleanness of the house.
