The bus connectivity in the area is excellent.
Tenants:
Currently, two friendly and studious individuals share the apartment. Vincent, a German student, is fluent in both German and English, while Mary, from Nepal, is comfortable with English. Language will not be a barrier, making it easy to communicate and interact with your roommates.
Room:
The room available for subletting is fully furnished with all amenities provided. You'll have a comfortable bed, an office table, chairs, a spacious wardrobe, and a cloth rail.
