Das Zimmer ist etwas über 12 m² groß und an der Nord-/Rückseite des Hauses gelegen. Es ist dafür etwas dunkler, aber im Sommer kühler und ruhiger als auf der Straßenseite. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine Küche, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette. Wir haben auch einen etwas größeren Flur den wir als Gemeinschaftsbereich benutzen. Im Moment sind noch die Sachen der vorherigen Mitbewohnerin im Zimmer (siehe Bilder). Sie wird diese dann mitnehmen, lässt aber ihre Möbel dort. Diese beinhalten:
- Bett mit Matratze und Stauraum
- TV und Kallax
- Wandschrank
- Garderobenständer
- Schreibtisch und Stuhl
ENGLISH:
The room is 12 m² big and on the north side of the house. Therefore it is a bit darker, but also cooler in the summer and less noisy (since its not on the road facing side). The flat has a small Kitchen, a Bathroom and a Toilet. We also have a slighlty larger corridor that we use as a common space.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Garching entfernt. Man kommt somit in 20 min bis zur Münchner Freiheit oder in etwa 10 min zum TU-Campus Garching-Forschungszentrum. Es gibt einen Getränkeladen direkt gegenüber, mehrere Supermärkte, Apotheken, Friseure, Restaurants, Banken und einen Rossmann in Gehnähe.
ENGLISH:
It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the flat to the Underground-Station "Garching". As such, the city (Münchner Freiheit) can be reached in around 20 minutes, while it takes (less than) 10 minutes to get to the TU campus "Garching-Forschungszentrum". There are supermarkets, a beverage store, drug store, hair dresser, apothecary, restaurants and banks in walking distance.
Vorraussichtlich werden alle aktuellen WG Mitbewohner bald ausziehen. Es hängt also an dir! Klassischerweise, waren wir aber keine große Party WG, da wir neben mehreren Familien im Haus Wohnen. Gemeinsames Kochen oder mal Filme zusammen schauen hat sich immer gut bewährt!
ENGLISH:
Presumably, all current flatmates will move out soon. So, it's up to you! Traditionally, we haven't been a big party flat, as we live next to several families in the house. Cooking together or watching movies together has always worked well for us!
