Student of TUM looking for room around Garching

A student of TUM searching for a room at a reasonable price (~450 €).

I'm 22 and about to start my master's course in Munich. The semester starts in mid-October and ends at the end of March, so I need a place to stay till the beginning of April. After that, it is likely I'll be moving out since the second semester takes place in Augsburg.
I'm looking for a students flat with a single room (can be rather small - 10 m2), a decent internet connection, a bathroom and a kitchen. The preferred location is Garching or the suburbs of Munich that lie close to it, however, the price is a more important factor.

And now a little bit about myself:
I'm generally tolerant, patient and get along with different people nicely. I'm also rather tidy and tend to keep my living quarters clean (i.e. flushing the toilet, doing the dishes, regular vacuuming etc.) I'm here to make the best of my master's course which means I'm not a ganztagesdaheimsitzender. :) I'm here to study, but I want to have a good time too and pursue my hobbies as well (rock climbing/bouldering, singing). Hanging out with roommates, just chilling with some beer is also good. My German is poor at the moment so I want to live with some German people to improve it. I'm not too noisy and I like to keep my living quarters fairly clean. If the room is still available I'd be glad to drop by and meet everyone.
