21yo Russian TUM student looking for accommodation

Hi everyone!
I'm Sergey, and I'm looking for a place to stay during my Master's of Math studies at TUM in Garching.
Since I'm moving to a new country, let alone a new city, I feel like making friends with my neighbours can be a good start, so I'd definitely prefer someone who is open to communication.

In my free time I play the electric guitar, play tabletop games, cards and video games, so if you like this sort of thing yourself, we're sure to get along. It'd be great to find someone who can tolerate my guitar (it's actually really quiet when plugged in to headphones), but beggars can't be choosers. I'm also always up for a trip to the pub or to the movies or to the park for a walk given the right company. I'm equally happy to drink a few at home and watch some movies or TV show. I go the gym, but don't do any other sports.

I tend to keep my place fairly clean, but don't mind a couple of dirty dishes in the sink. Nor do I care if you smoke, assuming you don't do puff right up in my face.

So hopefully we will become neighbours soon!
