Ich bin Youssef Shehata und ich möchte mein Interesse bekunden, dieses schöne Zimmer zu mieten! Ich bin derzeit in München und arbeite an meinem Master in CSE an der TUM, Campus Garching, im ersten Semester.

Über mich: Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und komme aus Ägypten. Ich bin ruhig, sauber und organisiert. Ich rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere. Meine Hobbys sind hauptsächlich Sport und ich spiele verschiedene Sportarten wie Fußball, Tischtennis, Tennis, Basketball und ich bin offen für andere Sportarten. Ich mag auch Wandern, Laufen und Radfahren. In meiner Freizeit lese ich auch gerne und schaue Filme oder Fußballspiele. Ich bin auch ein F1-Fan! Ich spreche noch kein Deutsch, aber ich bin dabei, es zu lernen und ich spreche fließend Englisch.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Langzeitmiete ab 1/11/2021 höchstens. Eine KVR-Anmeldung sollte möglich sein. Ich trage alle Dokumente, die Sie benötigen könnten (Finanzen, TUM Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, ... etc.).

Hello all!

I am Youssef Shehata and I would like to express my interest to rent this nice room ! I am currently in Munich working on my Master's degree in CSE at TUM, Garching campus, at the first semester.

About me: I am 22 years old from Egypt. I am quiet, clean and organized. I don't smoke and don't have any pets. My hobbies are mainly sports and I play different sports like soccer, table tennis, tennis, basketball and I am open to other sports. I also like hiking, running and cycling. In my free time I also like to read and watch movies or soccer games. I am also a F1 fan! I don't speak German yet, but I am in the process of learning it and I am fluent in English.

I am looking for a long term rental starting 1/11/2021 at most. KVR registration should be possible. I carry all the documents that you might need (financial, TUM enrollment certificate, ... etc.).
