Since I plan to go to the US for some time for research, I would like to sublet my room for this time. The room is a bit small, but the apartment is very spacious with living room and kitchen for cooking/dining together or series evening with roommate Franzi, the cool sock.
I am somewhat proud of the, as I find :D, clever furniture including the long-legged bed, that still leaves some space for sports equipment, etc.. The furniture I would like to leave in, the things come out of course.
The location is central, quiet and you are quickly everywhere you want to go (subway, shopping, university). The way to the university is quickly covered by bike (I would leave you there if you like) and leads along the Mühlbach, which is wonderful especially in the morning and evening. To Munich in the big city it goes quickly by subway.
Your roommate will be Franzi, one might say an original Garchinger. During the week she runs a daycare center in Munich. She loves to cook and is always up for a good conversation. It is an advantage if you can play Schafkopfen, otherwise you will be taught. Otherwise you can always play the guitar (since recently also the ukulele) or a series evening.
The room is ideal for visiting scholars who spend a lot of time doing research and thus proximity to the university is ideal, but still want to experience something of Bavaria. Likewise, for new students who want to arrive first and get their bearings. So if you think this could be something for you, just drop us a line :).
