Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock der zweistöckigen Wohnung. Es is ausgestattet mit einem Bett und Schrank Falls du einen Schreibtisch brauchst, haben wir noch einen in der Wohnung den du dir reinstellen kannst. Oben ist auch ein Badezimmer, dass du dir mit Cristóbal und Zhelin teilen würdest. Die Bilder vom Zimmer sind leider nicht aktuell. Die Wohnung hat sonst alles was man braucht - eine große ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und 3 Balkone.
The room is in the first floor of the flat and has a bed and closet. There is a desk in the flat no one is using, which you could put in the room if needed. Upstairs there is also a bathroom which you would share with Cristóbal and Zhelin. The pictures of the room are not up to date unfortunately. Besides that the flat has everything you need - a big equipped kitchen, a large living room and 3 balconies.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im alten Teil von Garmisch direkt an der Loisach. Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf dem Berg oder in der Stadt ist man auch schnell!
The flat is located in the old town of Garmisch next to the river Loisach. Supermarket and busstop can be reached within 5 minutes by foot. The town center and the mountain aren't far either!

Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Anna hat eine PostDoc Stelle und geht am liebsten Fußball spielen oder Rennrad fahren. Cristobal und Barbara sind Geschwister aus Chile sind immer zum bouldern zu haben und am Abend eine super Gesellschaft. Zhelin arbeitet am Robotics Campus und geht gerne in die Gym oder bouldern, außerdem kocht er sehr gerne. Wir kümmern uns gemeinsam um die WG Katze Liesl, wobei Anna die Hauptverantwortung trägt. Du wirst sehen, man kann kaum widerstehen mit Liesl zu kuscheln, wenn sie einen anschaut und anfängt zu schnurren. Ansonsten ist alles sehr entspannt, tagsüber sind wir meistens am Arbeiten und Abends sitzen wir gerne zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt :)
Life in the shared flat is very relaxed. Anna has a post-doc position and loves playing football or riding her racing bike. Cristobal and Barbara are siblings from Chile and are always available for bouldering and are great company in the evenings. Zhelin works at the Robotics Campus and enjoys going to the gym or bouldering, he also loves cooking. We look after the cat Liesl together, with Anna having the main responsibility. You'll find out that it is hard to resist cuddling Liesl when she looks at you and starts purring. Apart from that, everything is very relaxed, during the day we are mostly working and in the evening we like to sit together when we can :)
Das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum ist von meiner Seite recht flexibel, ich möchte hauptsächlich die Monate Juli - Oktober vermieten aber es würde auch länger gehen, falls es notwendig ist. Melde dich gerne, wenn du Lust hast den Sommer mit der Loisach Crew zu verbringen - wir freuen uns! :)
The move-in and move-out date is quite flexible from my side, I would like to rent out mainly the months July - October but it would also work longer if necessary. Please get in touch if you'd like to spend the summer with the Loisach Crew - we'd love to hear from you! :)
