Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist abgetrennt und wir haben ein kleines Bad. Der Balkon ist recht groß und kann von beiden Zimmern aus erreicht werden.
Achtung!!
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben! Lediglich den Schrank könnte man übernehmen!
Zur Schule SHG sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, mit dem Radl etwa 5min. Zum Bahnhof zu Fuß ca. 25min. Ansonsten erreicht man den Bus in ca. 3min und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in max. 5 Minuten.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und die Schlafzimmer sind nicht zur Straße hin. Man sieht vom Balkon aus die Skisprungschanze und Abfahrtstrecke.
Ich wohne momentan allein in der Wohnung und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner. Zu meiner Person kann ich sagen das ich 22 Jahre alt bin, gerne mal ein Bier trinke und auch mal sportlich Aktiv bin. Mein Wunsch wäre ein ausgeglichenes WG- Leben und Miteinander.
