wir suchen für unsere 4-er Studenten-WG einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Du rauchst nicht und bist Student dann kann diese WG genau das richtige für dich sein.
Unsere WG-Wohnung liegt zentral und ist ca. 500m von der FH und ca. 250 vom Hbf Gengenbach entfernt. Und nein, vorbeifahrende Züge hört man nicht!!
Die Miete beträgt 250€ inkl. aller Nebenkosten. Ledeglich für Internet und Telefon fallen 10€ zusätzlich an.
D.h. 260€ Gesamtkosten im Monat.
Die WG-Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG des Hauses und umfasst neben unseren Zimmer noch folgende Räumlichkeiten:
- 1 gut ausgestattete Küche (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Mikrowelle, Geschirr und eine Kaffeemaschine)
- 1 Wohnzimmer (Fernseher, Sat-TV, DVD-Player und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten)
- 1 Bad mit Duschbadewanne und WC
- 1 Gäste-WC
