We (my girlfriend an I) are looking for educated, calm, nice and CLEAN person for our 3 room apartment.
Your room has a lot of light with view to the green.
We don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol (ok, a glass of wine per week :-) ).
We are very clean, respectful and quite.
Therefore we are looking for person like that.
Being very clean and quiet are the two most important parameters for us.
Registration (Anmeldung) in the flat is generally possible.
The flat is modern equipped: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Drying rooms in the basement, Bike Storage, 65 inches big screen TV, airfryer, Toaster, Cofee machine, Weber electro BBQ, central heating, WiFi (100MBIT DSL), Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. Very good equipped kitchen.
Location:
VERY QUIET, far from the street. In the night you hear generally nothing :-)
