As I've got an internship in Berlin so I want to sublet my room in the dormitory from March until end of September, possibly until end of 2015
The room is quite furnished with bed, shelves, table, chair, washing sink, wired internet,...

Ich biete mein 12m² Zimmer in einer 10er-WG im Studentenwohnheim Grünberger Straße 190 zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich für ein Semester in Berlin Praktikum machen werde. Das Zimmer ist wie im Wohnheim üblich möbliert, beinhaltet also Schreibtisch, Bett, Regale, Beistellstisch und begehbaren Schrank sowie ein eigenes Waschbecken inkl. Spiegelschrank.
Die Gesamtmiete (warm inkl. Internet und Fernsehanschluss!!) beträgt 240 €.
Zeitraum für die Zwischenmiete wäre der 01.04.2015 bis 30.09.2015. Man kann aber auch darüber sprechen, dass Ihr erst passend zum Sommersemester Mitte März einzieht
For public transport, there is bus line 1 which runs very often during the day and it takes 10' to the center. The nearest supermarket would be Lidl with 10' walk, otherwise you can go to very good REWE at the second bus stop in the direction of city center. Moreover, it's well connected to Eichendorfring, where you can find Lokal International, an ideal spot for student get together activities.
Das Wohnheim liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Bus ist man in knappen zehn Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt.
Ansonsten ist die Lage seh günstig, da es durch den angrenzenden Wald recht ruhig zugeht.
There are 11 rooms in my floors and you will share the kitchen, toilets, bathrooms with other students. Besides the dorm provide a football ground, table-tennis room, fitness room and washing room in the basement.
Es handelt sich trotz einer Studentenwohnheim-Wg nicht um eine Zweck WG. Wir unternehmen gerne etwas miteinander oder treffen uns auf ein Bierchen oder nen Kaffee in der Küche/im Wohnzimmer.
Die WG verfügt über 2 Duschen sowie 2 WCs. In der Küche ist von Backofen über Mikrowelle und Toaster bis hin zum Wasserkocher alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller.
