da ich für ein PJ-Tertial in Griechenland bin, wird mein Zimmer für 2 Monate zur Untermiete frei.
Zur Wohnung:
Wir leben hier in einer sehr netten 4er WG. Aktuell leben hier Isabell (Geowissenschaften), Antonia (Medizin), Jorgos (Medizin) und ich (Medizin).
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Küche, einen Balkon, 2 Bäder, 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Waschmaschinen ( fürs ganze Haus) einen Abstellraum und einen Fahrradkeller. Die Lage ist sehr optimal falls man am NaWis-Campus zutun hat oder am Mediziner Campus. Der Phil-Campus ist jedoch auch nicht soweit und es gibt 3 große Supermärkte in der Nähe (Rewe, Lidl und Aldi).
Die Miete wären 240,-- für alles. Das Zimmer, welches für 2 Monate dann frei wird ist möbliert.
