Hallo, habe 2 Zimmer zu vermieten Zimmer 1 18qm. Zimmer 2 20qm. Die Bewohner der beiden Zimmer teilen sich ein Bad. Ich wohne als Eigentümer selbst im Haus und habe ein eigenes Bad.
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, die voll ausgestattet ist und die mit benutzt werden kann. Hüttenberg ist 10 km von Gießen entfernt. Busverbindung an Werktagen von morgens bis abends gut, an Abenden und Sonntags nicht vorhanden. Ein eigener PKW wäre günstig.Das Haus liegt im Zentrum von Hüttenberg/Hochelheim. der große Hof kann im Sommer benutzt werden (Liegestuhl,Sitzecke usw.vorhanden). Die Zimmer sind möbliert, es können auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden.
Infrastruktur sehr gut: Arzt, Zahnarzt, Apotheke, REWE und sonstige Geschäfte wie BIO-Laden Bäcker, Metzger, Friseur vor Ort vorhanden. Einge Gaststätten und viel Natur sind nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Die Autobahn 45 ist ca. 3km vom Haus zu erreichen. Kindergärten und Grundschule auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf einen Anruf freue ich mich.
