Ich suche zum 01.04.2011 eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein helles, 29 m² großes Zimmer. Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Südanlage. Du bist in nur 1 min am Berlinerplatz bzw. in 5 min am Marktplatz.
Deine sehr netten Mitbewohner (1 m, 1 w) sind beide 22 Jahre alt. Die Miete für dein Zimmer beträgt all inclusive (Strom, Internet- und Telefonflat usw.) 369,52 EUR. Die WG ist auf 120 m² aufgeteilt und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein großes, helles Tageslichtbad, einer kleinen aber feinen Küche, einem schönen Garten und einem großen Keller.
