Wir suchen Dich als neue/n Mitbewohner/in für ein schönes Zimmer in großer Altbauwohnung! Das Zimmer ist 14,5 qm groß und mit einem Hochbett ausgestattet. Es wird ab dem 01. Mai frei, die Miete beträgt 275 Euro inklusive DSL und Festnetzflat! Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Uni-Hauptgebäudes, Innenstadt und Universität sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unsere WG ist insgesamt ca. 100 qm groß, besitzt eine große gemütliche Wohnküche, ein großes Bad und einen riesigen Flur. Waschmaschine, Internet etc. ist alles vorhanden. In der WG wird ab dem 01. Juni auch ein noch größeres Zimmer frei (ca. 25 qm für 330 Euro), das ebenfalls besichtigt werden kann. Melde dich bei uns unter ----/------- oder
