Hallo,
wir suchen Verstärkung für unsere 3er WG in zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer ist 22m² groß und durch sein großes Fenster sehr hell.
Wir haben ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine, ein Gäste WC und eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Überhaupt ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten. Zu der Wohnung gehören ein Keller, ein Dachboden und eine Garage inkl. Abstellplatz für ein Auto (welches wir allerdings nicht besitzen).
In der Miete von 350 Euro sind alle Kosten enthalten (Wasser, Strom, Internetanschluss)
Super zentral im Asterweg, nähe Döner-Dreieck.
Ein REWE und ein Penny sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gießener Fussgängerzone und der Wochenmarkt sind auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Für gewöhnlich leben wir, Kerstin und Johannes, ein ziemlich entspanntes WG-Leben, wir kochen oder essen gerne zusammen, schauen gemeinsam Serien oder Filme oder gehen natürlich auch gerne zusammen feiern.
