ich suche ab dem 01.12.13 einen neuen netten Mitbewohner oder eine neue nette Mitbewohnerin.
Eine warme, freundliche und ruhige Wohnung. Ich habe auf mein Zimmer zu verlassen, die ist unmöbliert, hell und freundlich.
Es geht um eine 3er WG im Pohlheim/ Watzenborn. Das Zimmer hat 12m² und die gesamte Küche, bad und toilet.
Das Haus ist sehr modern und neu.
Die Miete beträgt 240€ + 40€ Nebenkosten
