ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in Gießen Kleinlinden. Es ist ca. 13qm groß. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr große Wohnküche (ca 30qm) mit Sofa und ein saniertes Bad mit Dusche und Eckbadewanne. Außerdem haben wir ein zweites WC. Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr neu gedämmt und hat neue Fenster bekommen. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt (Norma), REWE ist auch in der Nähe. Der Garten ist groß und super zum Grillen geeignet. Ein Badesee ist aber auch nicht weit ;). Die Busanbindung ist echt gut (Linie 1 und 11, Nachtbus Saturn), die Lage ist besonders praktisch für Mediziner oder Naturwissenschaftler.
Das Zimmer kostet warm 233 Euro, inkl. Telefon-Flat und DSL-Flat (WLan). Fernsehanschluss und Waschmaschine gibts natürlich.
Bei Interesse würde ich gern ein paar Möbel im Zimmer lassen (Bett, Kommode, Regal). Der Einzugstermin kann noch verhandelt werden ;)
