Zu vermieten ist ein 15 m2 großes wg-Zimmer in der Nähe vom Unihauptgebäude.
Wir sind eine 4er wg und suchen eine saubere Nachmieterin. (wir haben schlechte Erfahrungen mit einen unsauberen Mitbewohner gemacht).
Die Kosten betragen warm incl. Telefon und Internet: 226 euro.

PS: Wir sind keine typische Studenden-WG sonder eher eine Zweck-WG!
Wir verstehen uns alle super aber jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich.
Ich (Nils) bin beruflich immer viel unterwegs und selten in der WG.
Meinen Balkon (2x7m) können alle Mitbewohner gerne Mitbenutzen!
