Zum 1. Mai wird in unserer 4-er WG ein Zimmer frei. Es ist 15 qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster zur Ostseite hin mit Blick auf den parkähnlichen Alten Friedhof. Das Zimmer ist fast quadratisch und hat hohe Wände (Altbau). Die WG hat eine mittelgroße Küche, in der gut kochen und essen ist, eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, einen Keller und einen Balkon. Das Zimmer kostet im Monat 220 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten sowie DSL, Telefon flat und SZ.
Wir sind 27-28 Jahre alt. Zwei (1w + 1m) von uns arbeiten bereits, einer (m) studiert auf der Zielgerade. Da wir tagsüber alle unterwegs sind, beschränkt sich das WG-Leben meistens auf abends und das Wochenende. Wir suchen jemanden, der/die wg-erfahren ist und Interesse an einem enspannten WG-Leben hat.
