Hallo, ich werde Gießen am 1.März verlassen und suche noch einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer. Es ist insgesamt 25 qm groß, hell und hat einen Holzdielenboden. Die Decken sind sehr hoch in der Wohnung. Du kannst dir also auch ein Hochbett ins Zimmer stellen. Angrenzend befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit drei Couches und einem Fernseher. Perfekt zum Filme gucken oder zocken. Außerdem haben wir ein Durchgangszimmer, welches wir als Wäscheraum nutzen, um unsere Klamotten zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Berliner Platz, von wo aus man alle Busanbindungen erreicht. Zum Marktplatz sind es ebenfalls nur etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wenn man mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni möchte, muss man lediglich über den Nahrungsberg und ist in 10 Minuten am Philosophicum.

Das Zimmer kostet 340 Euro. In dem Preis sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie Internet enthalten. Eine Kaution wird nicht benötigt.
