Ich mache Erasmus während des Wintersemesters und deswegen biete ich Dir ein warmes, kuscheliges Zimmer in einer Dachwohnung an. Das Zimmer kommt mit einem Doppelbett, Kommode, Regal, Spiegel, Tisch und Stuhl.
Es gibt noch ein Badezimmer, eine Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Du kannst auch dein Fahrrad unten auf der Straße oder einige Sachen im Keller lassen.

I'm going on Erasmus next semester and I'm offering you my warm and cosy room in an attic house. It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelf, mirror, table, and chair.
In the house there is also a bathroom, a kitchen, and a big living room with a balcony. You can leave your bike downstairs or in the basement.
Die Lage ist super zentral! In 3 Min bist Du auf dem Marktplatz, wo alle Busse fahren. 5 Min zu Fuß in die THM. 20 Min laufen zum Bahnhof.
Seltersweg und das Einkaufszentrum Neustädter Tor sind auch sehr nah + Rewe am Marktplatz + Rewe und Lidl Richtung Wieseck = Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten!

The location is great, very central! You'll get to Marktplatz/downtown in 3 min, where you can take any bus. You'll need 5 min by foot to get to the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM) and 20 min to the train station.
The mall and the commercial area are very close too + supermarket Rewe at Marktplatz + Rewe and Lidl to the north = Several shopping possibilities!
Du wirst mit einer Brasilianerin und einem Kolumbianer wohnen. Du musst zumindest Englisch sprechen können, damit die Kommunikation mit der ganzen WG funktionieren kann. Wenn du Spanisch oder Portugiesisch kannst, noch besser!
Wir sind überhaupt keine Zweck-WG. Es gibt oft Freunde zu Hause und wir sind sehr musikalisch und reden gerne miteinander. Es fühlt sich wie eine kleine Familie, da unseren weit weg sind.
Beide sind ab und zu wegen Arbeit oder kleinem Urlaub unterwegs. Carla ist Doktorandin und Christian arbeitet in der NaWi-Uni.
Wir haben derzeit einen schönen Balkon voll mit Blumen und Pflanzen. Oft grillen wir gern da (die beste Art und Weise Fleisch zu braten ist brasilianisch!) - die Saison dieses Jahr hat im Februar angefangen!

You will live with a Brazilian and a Colombian. You should be able to speak English, but if you can speak Spanish or Portuguese it will be even better for the communication in the house!
We have a close relationship with each other. There are usually friends at home, we like to talk, sing and play music together. It helps to have a small family when ours are so far away.
My roommates go abroad from time to time, for academic reasons but also on holidays. Carla is writing her PhD and Christian works at the university.
We have currently a lot of plants and flowers on the balcony. Apart from that we often use it for barbecues (the best way to grill meat is the Brazilian one!) - we already started in February!
