JLU student looks for a room (move in date: 15.10 or later)

Hallo! I'm Vy (28) and I'm a student at JLU (insect biotechnology). I'm from Viet Nam, but I have lived in shared flats in Norway for the last 3 years - you can rest assured that I know what it's like living in a WG.

I study a lot so I will be very busy during the week. You'll likely find me in the kitchen, cooking/reading, in the morning and during lunch/dinner. I'm available on weekends for (relaxed) WG-activities like a coffee chat, a board game night, a movie,... but this isn't a must.

I don't bring animals with me but I do love being around animals, except snakes and cockroaches.
I can take care of most indoor plants for you when you're on holiday, except orchids.

I always respect the flat rules and cleaning schedule. I'm generally quiet.

I'm ok with both normal WG and Zweck-WG. I can rent immediately.
I'd like to take over the furniture from the last tenant, if possible.
Max. 320€ for unfurnished room + 250€ for furniture (negotiable), or max. 400€ for furnished room. Preferrably long-term rent, because I'm staying in Gießen for 3 years (maybe longer).
