Zum 01. April suchen wir (m, 25 Student, m, 26 Selbstständiger) einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG in der Fuldastraße. Die Wohnung (insgesamt 105m²) verfügt zusätzlich über ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine voll eingerichtete Küche inklusive Spülmaschine sowie eine Waschmaschine. Zwei Bäder, ein Balkon sowie ein PKW-Stellplatz und Keller sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Umkreis von wenigen Minuten befinden sich mit LIDL, REWE und Penny verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Miete beträgt inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet 280 Euro.
