Hallo ihr Wohnungssuchende,
wir sind eine 3er WG, leider muss uns eine Mitbewohnerin verlassen, da sie ihr Studium beendet hat. Deshalb suchen wir neue Verstärkung...
Unsere WG liegt zentral in der Wilhelmstraße 6 und bietet alles was man so braucht.
Das Zimmer ist 25qm groß und sehr hell und freundlich. Weiterhin gibt es ne Küche mit Balkon, Bad + Gäste-WC. Derzeit ist auch noch ne Waschmaschine im Keller vorhanden.Auch ein sehr großer Kellerraum gehört zur Wohnung.
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf ca 280€ warm (+ 1mal jährlich NK-Abrechnung, ca. 50€).
In 5min erreicht man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Innenstadt, auch alle Unigebäude sind schnell erreicht...
Suchst du also eine nette WG (m 22Jahre/w 23Jahre), dann bist du bei uns richtig.
Du solltest keine Übernachtungsgelegenheit suchen oder ein Wochenend-Heimfahrer sein;)
