Zum 01.02.13 suchen wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Wir sind 1 Tiermedizin- und eine Dual-BWL-Studentin.
Unsere Wohnung ist ca 2 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle Schubertstr. (Linie 1,10,11) entfernt und liegt ideal für Tiermediziner, Naturwissenschaftler und Humanmediziner uvm. Wir sind an sich eine recht ordentliche WG (nicht penibel, aber sauber) und studiumsbedingt oft am Lernen/Arbeiten. Dennoch aber keine Zweck-WG und kochen gerne zusammen oder trinken Wein/Bier/Cocktails/Tee.
Dein Zimmer ist mit 12m² klein aber fein und hell durch ein großes Fenster (viel Sonne). Die Miete ist mit 216€ komplett.
