The room is small but nice, and has everything you will need. a new bed with mattress, two levels wardrobe, hanging shelf, hanging kitchen cupboard, desk, small table, two chairs, new refrigerator, new double cooking stove, standing mirror, water sink with a mirror, old TV, and others things might be interesting to you.
The bathroom has two toilets and one shower room, which are most of the time empty, even in the morning.
In the basement you can find washing machines and dryer.
For the internet and TV, you can either share internet with other residents for 8 Euros, but I don't really recommend it because it is a bit slow, and 15 Euros for a cable TV, or you can subscribe to your own provider.
The location is just perfect, bus station is just one walking minute away from the door. Aldi, Rewe and Lidl are just 4 to 10 minutes walking distance, you have also within 5 minutes walking distance KFC, Macdonalds and Burger King.
The university is just 8 minutes away with the bike, and city center 10 minutes.
It is mainly a students dormitory, some work but most of them are students, it is up to you who you want to know more, and of course you can just stay in your room if this makes you comfortable.
