I am leaving my beautiful room, because I will start to work in Berlin. The room is about 14m² and it has a built-in cupboard. It is very large, so it saves a lot of space and gets a lot of clothes. You can see in the photos.
It is sunny. there are currently some furnitures inside which are mine. But it is also possible to take them over, since I am going to berlin permanently I dont want to carry them.
You can see them in the photos : one big bed (140*190) , one desk and one chair. Cupboard is already built-in, so take your luggage and settle in. I bought the furnitures from Roller in February 2017. So they are new and in very good condition. if you dont want them, that is also ok.
We have a very big common room (saloon) and also fully equipped big kitchen. We also have a waschine machine in the basement which you can use for free.
Also our landlord is a very nice and helpful person.

Bus station is 2 minutes on foot. Bus number 1 is working on this line and it works every 15 minutes which is really great.
It is very easy to reach the center. Berliner Platz is 6 minutes away by bus.
There is a very big supermarket "Lidl" which is around 6 min away from the flat on foot.
There is also a bakery called "Künkel, Bäcker und Kaffeehaus" which is around 2 min away on foot and more importantly they are open even on Sunday :) You can have your fresh bread or cake on sunday as well.
You are gonna live with 2 friendly ladies Anna(24) and Nicole(22). They are both students. They are both very nice, easy to talk and fun friends. They like to cook, sit and have some chat together. But of course you can always have your privacy in your room.
They are both German and they can speak english as well.
We like to keep the flat clean but we are not obsessed with it :) We have a regular plan. Everyone is trying to do their parts.
Since we have very big common room(saloon), it is easy to come together and have some chat over a drink. By the way we have a coffee machine as well :)
You can write me anytime you want on whatsapp. If you dont use whatsapp, you can text or call as well.
The total warm rent is 350euro (everything included). Starting from January total warm rent will be 370euro(everything included)
The room can be available on 01.12.2017. But we are flexible on this. If you wanna change it, just let me know and we can arrange it.
