Das Zimmer ist ca. 25m2 groß, sehr hell mit zwei großen Fenstern und viel Sonne!
Ich würde das Zimmer gerne möbliert überlassen. (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange, Rattanstuhl..) Mein Fahrrad kannst Du auch benutzen.
Gemeinsam genutzt werden die schöne Küche mit einer Sitzecke, das charmante, schachbrettgemusterte Bad und der ebenso schachbrettgemusterte Flur, der auch beliebter Fahrradabstellort ist.
Ich würde das Zimmer ab dem 15. JULI bis Oktober vermieten.
Ab Oktober wird ein Zimmer frei, wenn du also gerne da bleiben möchtest, kann man bestimmt drüber reden :).
The room is about 25m2, very bright with two large windows and lots of sun!
I would like to leave the room furnished. (Bed, desk, clothes rail, rattan chair...)
We have a beautiful kitchen with a sitting area, a charming, checkerboard-patterned bathroom and a quite spacious checkerboard-patterned hall, which is also a popular bicycle shelter.
I would rent the room from the 15th of July until October.
From October, there is a free room, so if you like living with us, there is a chance to stay permanently!!
Die Wohnung liegt an der Bahnhofstrasse – die Uni ist mit dem Rad in 5-10 Minuten (je nach Fahrstil) zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustür fahren auch einige Busse und man ist in 2 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone (Seltersweg) sowie in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist der nahegelegene Aldi.
The apartment is located on the Bahnhofstrasse - the university can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes (depending on cycling style). There is a bus stop just in front of the house, in 3 minutes, you can reach the in the pedestrian zone/shopping street (Seltersweg) and in 5 minutes the train station.
The nearest supermarket is the nearby Aldi.
Your flatmates are Charlotte, Jil and Martha.
Jil and Martha study Applied Theater Studies, Charlotte studies Medicine.
Everybody is sometimes more, sometimes less busy and at home.
Basically, we are a very warm and caring flat.. : that means, sometimes we enjoy spending an evening together, watching a movie or Tatort, cooking or drinking a bottle of red wine.:)
But if you need your space, that is also fine of course!:)
In addition, a certain degree of tidiness is also important to us. Like not super super tidy. But...tidy..
So to sum it up: we are looking for a relaxed, humorous, nice person in their 20 who likes to cook.
