Charmantes Zimmer mit doppeltem Boden zur Platzvermehrung. Dort gibt es ein Hochbett, eine richtige kleine, gemütliche Höhle. Ansonsten gibt es im Zimmer einen Schreibtisch zum arbeiten, einen Sessel zum chillen und ein paar Pflanzen, die photosynthetisieren. Es liegt so einiges an Materialien herum, das ist berufsbedingt und bringt ein wenig Theaterfundusatmosphäre. Es darf gern mit allem gespielt werden, solange es ganz bleibt=) Selbiges gilt für Bücher und Instrumente, gern reinschauen und in die Hand nehmen, aber bitte keinen Kaffee (Apfelsaft auch nicht) drüberGießen.
Fenster geht zum Innenhof hinaus, also lichtdurchflutet ist was anderes, aber es kommt am Vormittag schon auch mal die Sonne herein.
Kletterefahrung braucht es keine, aber da die Decken mit 3,50m schon relativ hoch sind, sollten 2 Meter auf einer Leiter kein Problem sein, sonst wird's schwierig mit dem Schlafen. Naja, obwohl, wahrscheinlich ließe sich fürdie Zeit auch eine Matratze unten installieren, wenn es jemensch gar nicht mag.
Charming room with a loft bed, which is more like a cozy little cave. If your are afraid of height, this is not your place. But you don't need climbing experience either=)
There is a desk in the room, an armchair fro chilling and some plants who work on the air quality. The room is a little stuffed with materials of all kinds, since I work in theater. Everything is out for playing as long is it doesn't get damaged. Same goes for books and instruments. What stays and what will go into storage would be negotiated according to your needs and wishes. If you absolutely don't want a loft bed, but the room, it would also be possible to put a bed.
Lage? Also das Zimmer liegt westlich der beiden Toiletten, dort bist du mit einmal abbiegen innerhalb von 30 Sekunden, zur Küche sind es 35.
Die Wohnung als solche liegt in Bahnhofsnähe, ich sage immer es ist in 5 Minuten zu schaffen, mein einer Mitbewohner pocht auf 7, wahrscheinlich kommt es auf das Gleis an. Am Bahnhof fahren Überland-und Stadtbusse, darüberhinaus ist die Haltestelle Liebigstraße in 3 Minuten erreichbar, von dort aus geht's zum Berliner Platz, von der Friedrichstraße mit der Linie 10 direkt an die Uni.
Edeka, Bioladen, Bäcker, Volksbank, Kebab und einige Restaurants sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, in die Fußgängerzone sind es 7 in die andere Richtung, zum Uni Hauptgebäude 10. Zur THM oder zu Phils I und II würde ich mit dem Fahrrad fahren, dann sind es auch nur 10 Minuten=)
Hinterm Bahnhof ist auch gleich die Lahn, zum Bergwerkswald ist es ein Stück, aber auch keine Weltreise.
Location of the room? 20m east of the bathrooms, turn once and you are there, 35seconds to the kitchen if you go straight.
The apartment itself is very close to the train station, I would say 5 minutes, my housemate says 7, I guess it depends on the track. Besides the trains, most buses are also available at the station, there is direct one to the university 2 minutes away. Supermarket, bakeries and some restaurants are in walking distance (5 minutes max), the pedestrian area is 7 minutes away.
Behind the station, there is the Lahn and the forest is also not too far. But what is in Giessen=)
Wir sind ein bunt gemischter Haufen, was die Studienrichtungen und Arbeitsfelder angeht, tendenziell im künstlerisch-kreativen Bereich unterwegs. Wir sind alle viel beschäftigt und jede:r macht sein:ihr Ding, aber in der Küche treffen wir uns gern, selten alle gemeinsam, aber immer wieder in verschiedenen Konstellationen zum Kochen, Kaffe und Kuchen oder Kaltgetränken aller Art.
Wir sind keine Putzfreaks, aber Grundordnung ist gut. Waschmaschine gibts auch, steht im Bad. Highlight sind wohl unsere platzsparenden Flaschenzugwäscheständer, die unter der Decke hängen und bei Bedarf runtergelassen, mit Wäsche bestückt, und wieder hochgezogen werden.
We are a mixed bunch of people regarding fields of study and work, but all have a tendency to creative and artistic stuff. People are pretty busy and we all do are things, but we also meet in the kitchen in different combinations for coffee, tea, food etc.
We are not obsessed with cleaning, but we do have a cleaning schedule. The washing machine would be helping you with that=) Highlight in the whole apartment: pully operated drying racks for clothes...save a lot of space=)
Mein Fahrrad kann gern benutzt werden, wir haben ziemlich schnelles Internet und tada, ein Festnetztelefon.
Die Daten sind ein wenig flexibel, ich gehe ins Auslandssemester und weiß noch nicht genau wie und wann genau. Hängt auch mit Quarantänevorschriften zusammen. Wir würden uns mit Sicherheit einigen. Da ich noch nicht genau weiß, was ich nach dem Auslandssemester mache, kann das Zimmer unter Umständen auch dauerhaft übernommen werden.
You would be welcome to use my bike, we have somewhat fast internet.
The dates would eb somewhat flexible and since I don't know what comes after my exchange semester, there might even be the possibility of taking over the room. All negotiable I would say.
