Zum 1. September geht unsere Mitbewohnerin Lilly bis zum 1. April in ihr Erasmus-Auslandsemester und wir suchen somit eine Zwischenmiete. Zu vermieten ist ein 19 Quadratmeter großes möbliertes Zimmer direkt am Marktplatz. Erasmus-Studis & Co sind herzlich willkommen.
Außerdem teilen wir uns noch das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung mit Parkettboden, welches wir als gemeinschaftliches Wohn- und Esszimmer nutzen. Ebenso haben wir eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd und Kochutensilien. Dazu kommt noch unser kleines, aber feines Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Stauraum bietet zusätzlich unser riesiger Spiegelschrank im Flur.
Zu den Kosten: Wlan, Nebenkosten, Strom etc. ist alles mit drin - es kommen also keine zusätzlichen Kosten auf dich zu.

On 1 September, our flatmate Lilly will be leaving for her Erasmus semester abroad until 1
April and we are therefore looking for a temporary roommate to rent. We have a 19 square meter furnished room for rent directly at the market place. Internationals welcome!
In addition, we three share the largest room in the flat with parquet flooring, which we use as a common living and dining room. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and cooking utensils. In addition, we have a small but nice bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Additional storage space is provided by our huge mirrored wardrobe in the hallway.
Regarding the costs: Wifi, utilities, electricity, etc. are all included - so there are no additional costs for you.
Unsere WG liegt super zentral am Marktplatz in Gießen. Eine Bushaltestelle mit Bussen in alle Richtungen (vorallem Richtung Uni) liegt ca. 30 Sek. Fußweg direkt vor der Tür. Du bekommst hier einkaufstechnisch alles was man braucht und vorallem mit kurzen Fußwegen (DM, Rewe, Penny, Tegut, Wochenmarkt und noch vieles mehr direkt in der Einkaufspassage Seltersweg/Innenstadt).
Auch das Gießener Nachtleben nicht weit entfernt. Die Ludwigsstraße ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und direkt vor unserer Tür liegen Gießener Klassiker wie das Dönerdreieck, Türmchen, das Enjoy, der Irish Pub und viele internationale Restaurants.

Our shared flat is centrally located on Marktplatz in Giessen. A bus stop with buses in all directions (especially in the direction of the university) is about 30 seconds walk from the door. You can find everything you need in terms of shopping, and it's only a short walk (DM, Rewe, Penny, Tegut, weekly market and much more directly in the Seltersweg shopping mall in the city centre).
Giessen's nightlife is also not far away. Ludwigsstraße is a 10-minute walk away and Giessen classics such as the Dönerdreieck, Türmchen, Enjoy, the Irish Pub and many international restaurants are right on our doorstep.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Jule (29) und Lisa (26).
Ob gemeinsame Ausflüge ins Grüne, gemeinsam feiern gehen, kochen, brunchen - wir unternehmen gerne und viel gemeinsam. Aber natürlich jeder so wie er Zeit und Lust hast.
Das solltest du mitbringen: Humor, Aufgeschlossenheit und bestenfalls auch WG-Erfahrung.
Wir kochen gerne frisch und international und wechseln uns auch gerne ab.
Rücksicht und Absprachen sind uns wichtig, dass heißt wenn mal jemand lernen muss oder seine Ruhe braucht ist das natürlich absolut kein Problem.

Your new flatmates are Jule (29) and Lisa (26).
Whether it's trips to the countryside, partying together, cooking, brunching - we like to do a lot together. But of course everyone can do what they want no pressure.
What you should bring with you: A sense of humour, open-mindedness and, at best, experience of living in a shared flat. We like to cook fresh and international food and also like to take turns.
Consideration and agreements are important to us, which means that if someone has to study or needs their peace and quiet, that is of course absolutely no problem.
