Aufgrund eines Jobwechsels in eine andere Stadt, werde ich leider diese wunderbare WG verlassen und suche daher eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein tolles ca. 24m² großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken und sehr viel Stuck an der Decke. Durch die zwei großen Fenster kommt viel Licht rein und ich habe beim Einzug alles frisch gestrichen. Fotos vom Zimmer werden noch hochgeladen.
Die ungefähr 135m² große Wohnung hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Küche mit Wintergarten Richtung Garten ist nicht nur groß, sondern auch sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, 2 Herden, Mikrowelle und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank etc.. Dazu gibt es ein kleines Wohnzimmer, welches auch mal zum gemütlichen Filmabend einlädt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne sowie ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Falls man mal was zum Verstauen hat, bieten die zwei Kellerabteile genügend Platz dafür.
Because of a new job in another city, I am unfortunately leaving this wonderful shared apartment. That's why I am looking for a new tenant for my great 24m² room which also has a balcony. The room has high ceilings and a lot of stucco on the ceiling. Through the two large windows a lot of light comes in and I have freshly painted everything when I moved in. Picture´s of the room will be uploaded in the following days.
The approximately 135m² large apartment has everything your heart desires. The kitchen with winter garden towards the garden is not only large, but also very well equipped, with dishwasher, oven, 2 stoves, microwave and fridge / freezer, etc.. In addition, there is a small living room, which also invites times to a cozy movie night. The apartment has a bathroom with window and bathtub and an additional guest toilet. If you ever have something to stow away, the two basement compartments offer enough space for it.
Die Lage ist super. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof und in der Innenstadt in ca. 10 Minuten. Supermärkte (Edeka, Aldi), mehrere Bäckereien, Cafés, Restaurants und Imbissbuden sind um die Ecke. Auch die Lahnwiesen sind quasi vor der Haustüre. Die Umgebung der WG entwickelt sich gerade sehr schnell mit vielen neuen Restaurants usw. und lädt zum Joggen ein, da man von hier gleich an der Lahn oder im Bergwerkswald ist.
The location is great. Within 2 minutes you can walk to the train station and to the city center in about 10 minutes. Supermarkets (Edeka, Aldi), several bakeries, cafes, restaurants and snack bars are around the corner. The Lahn meadows are also virtually on the doorstep. The surrounding area of the apartment is developing very quickly with many new restaurants, etc. and invites you to go jogging, because from here you are right on the Lahn or in the Bergwerkswald.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind beide berufstätig, daher ist es tagsüber eher ruhig in der Wohnung. Aber sobald alle zu Hause sind, verweilen wir mal zu zweit oder zu dritt in der Küche zum Essen oder dem einen und anderen Glas Wein.
Wir haben einen einfachen Putzplan der aber bisher immer zuverlässlich funktioniert hat.
Your future flatmates both have a job, so it is rather quiet in the apartment during the day. But as soon as everyone is home, we sometimes hang out in the kitchen for a meal or some glasses of wine.
We have a simple cleaning plan but so far it has always worked reliably.
Wir sind stolze Besitzer einer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und eines Trockners. Finanzen bezügliche der Einkäufe für die WG, werden über die App flatastic geregelt. Du kannst die Bücherregale aus Fichte und Kiefer im Zimmer auch gerne umsonst übernehmen.

We are the proud owners of a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Finances regarding the purchases for the WG, are regulated via the app flatastic. You can also take over the spruce and pine bookshelves in the room for free.
