I am subletting my fully furnished and cheap room in the dormitory of unterhof. if you are interested contact me as soon as possible because we will need to send some documents (not much don't worry :), only your identification and a form that we will fill in both of us) and this needs to be done before you move in by 10 days (if you want to move in before the 15th of January it is Okay from my side. We will try to persuade the Studentenwerk to make an exception for us).
so if you need a place to stay in temporary this is the best choice you can make since the room is affordable, the location is good and the owner is nice and helpful :) :).
PS1: you need to be in the waiting list of the dormitory (this is a condition put by the Studentenwerk, sorryà
PS2: subletting period can be extended :), I will confirm with you in Februray.
