Die WG hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Wintergarten, und 2 Badezimmer. Falls du mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bist, gibt es noch ein Fahrradgarage, wo du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
Die Gesamtmiete ist 310€ und enthält schon alles (Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet, GEZ). Die Kaution würde vom Vermieter mitgeteilt.

The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, a winter garden and two bathrooms. If you have a bike, don't worry, we have a bicycle cellar where you can put your bike safely.
The total rent for everything (electricity, water, gas, internet and GEZ) is 310€ monthly.

Die WG liegt in Innenstadt von Gießen, und in der Nähe von Bushaltestelle Steinstraße und Nordanlage mit Bus-Linien wie 3, 13, 5, 15 usw. Außerdem sind Markplatz und Oswaldsgarten ca. 5-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen, und THM ist ca. 10-15min zu Fuß entfernt.
Es gibt in der Nähe unterschiedliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Penny, Turgut, Lidl.

The apartment is situated in the centre of Gießen, and really near bus stations Steinstraße and Nordanlage with different bus lines like 3, 13, 5, 15 etc. It is really convenient for both students in THM and JLU. Furthermore, Marktplatz and Oswaldsgarten are not far away (approx. 5-10 minutes walking), while it takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to THM.
There are nearby a variety of supermarkets like Rewe, Penny, Turgut and Lidl.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Samuel, Lukas und Maya. Wir alle studieren an JLU oder THM. Wir sind eine offene WG und würden gerne zusammen etwas unternehmen (kochen, essen, Bubble Tee trinken, ins Fitnessstudio gehen). Natürlich kannst du deine Ruhe genießen, wenn du nicht daran teilnehmen willst. Wir sind unbedingt keine Party-WG.
In der WG gibt es Putzplan. Es ist uns wichtig, dass du alles nach dir sauber lässt und du am Putzplan der WG teilnimmst.

Your roommates would be Samuel, Lukas and Maya. We are all studying at JLU or THM. We are an open-minded shared apartment and enjoy doing different stuff together (cooking, eating, drinking Bubble Tea, training at the gym). For sure if you want to have your own space, you do not have to join in and enjoy your moments. We are absolutely NOT a party-shared apartment.
Furthermore, we have a cleaning plan. It is really important to us that you are clean and join in the cleaning plan too.
