Die WG hat 3 Zimmer und liegt im ersten OG. Das angebotene Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und ca. 18m² groß. In allen Zimmer liegt DSL per W-Lan an. Welches im Preis inklusive ist.
Zur WG gehört natürlich auch eine Einbauküche, wo ihr auch einen Herd, Kühlschrank, Backofen usw vorfindet. Die Stromkosten schwanken zwischen 10 und 15 €, je nachdem wieviele Leute gerade die Wg beziehen.
Die WG liegt im Zentrum. (3 Minuten bis zur Bahnhaltestelle, 5 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof, 3 Minuten bis zu Edeka und Netto) Direkt vor der Tür sind auch Parkplätze, wo man immer einen freien Platz findet. Wer Fahrrad fährt kann diese im Abstellraum abstellen.
Im Moment wohnt noch eine nette unkomplizierte 22 jährige Stundentin mit in der WG.
