Zum 1. September 2012 suche ich eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für 2er-WG. Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist hell und 23m2 groß, hat einen Balkon. Die Warmmiete (inkl. Strom, Internet, Telefon, Wasser) für das Zimmer beträgt EUR 245,-. Ein Kellerraum ist ebenso vorhanden, wie Stellplätze für Fahrrad und Auto vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Das Haus wurde 2011 komplett außensaniert. Innenstadt und Campus sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min zu erreichen.
Ich (31 Jahre, Nichtraucher) bin Promotionsstudent in Theologie. Zu meinen Interessen außerhalb der Promotion gehören Musik, Literatur und Sport. Für meine WG wünsche ich mir eine(n) unkomplizierte(n) Mitbewohner(in) im Alter zwischen 25 und 35 Jahren.
