My room is bright, and you can enjoy the garden view. The room is spacious and the ceilings are high, and it has everything you need to live comfortable.
I am also giving my room furnished {complete bed (140 x 200), desk, two wardrobes, a book shelf, two night desks, a lamp} since I myself will be moving to a furnished apartment. I am selling all my furniture for 300 euro, since I bought it new when I first moved in. And for 250 euros, I am getting back the money that I had to invest myself on the dishwasher, the reparation of the oven and the common space furniture.

Mein Zimmer ist hell und Sie können den Gartenblick genießen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Decken sind hoch und es verfügt über alles, was Sie zum komfortablen Wohnen benötigen.
Ich übergebe mein Zimmer auch möbliert {komplettes Bett (140 x 200), Schreibtisch, zwei Kleiderschränke, Regal, zwei Nachttische, Lampe}, da ich selbst in eine möblierte Wohnung umziehen werde. Möbel für 300 Euro, da ich sie bei meinem Einzug neu gekauft habe. Und für 250 Euro bekomme ich das Geld zurück, das ich selbst in die Spülmaschine, die Reparatur des Backofens und die Gemeinschaftsküche investiert habe.

My roommate, Sharareh will become your roommate also, whom is now working/studying data science at the University of Göttingen. In general she is a quiet and a reserved person. At the first of August 2024, your roommate will be Tien, who is a going to do her PHD studies in Neuroscience in Göttingen. She is also the main tenant. Tien is a very friendly person, she likes to do activities together, she likes nature, playing games, cooking, dancing, singing, playing music and walking together. We are now searching for a person that is open to live for a short time with Sharareh, and afterwards with Tien, and whom can maintain the cosines of our apartment.

Meine Mitbewohnerin Sharareh wird auch Ihre Mitbewohnerin, die jetzt an der Universität Göttingen arbeitet/Studium der Datenwissenschaft. Im Allgemeinen ist sie eine ruhige und zurückhaltende Person. Deine Mitbewohnerin wird ab dem 1. August 2024 Tien sein, die in Göttingen ihr Doktoratsstudium in Neurowissenschaften absolvieren wird. Sie ist auch Hauptmieterin. Tien ist eine sehr freundliche Person, sie unternimmt gerne gemeinsame Aktivitäten, sie mag die Natur, spielt gerne, kocht, tanzt, singt, macht Musik und geht gerne gemeinsam spazieren. Wir sind nun auf der Suche nach einer Person, die bereit ist, für kurze Zeit mit Sharareh und anschließend mit Tien zusammenzuleben, und die die Gemütlichkeit unserer Wohnung aufrechterhalten kann.

Dear apartment searchers,
Since I need to relocate to another city, I am moving out from my room in Göttingen. Our lovely apartment is located in the southern part of the city (quite close to the new Assembly) and it is 5 min by walking to the nearest supermarkets, and the centre of Göttingen. The central campus and SUB is 20 min away for those that like walking, and 10 min by bike.
The apartment and the kitchen has all the supplies, including a dishwasher and a washing machine (fancy right).

Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Da ich in eine andere Stadt umziehen muss, ziehe ich aus meinem Zimmer in Göttingen aus. Unsere schöne Wohnung liegt im südlichen Teil der Stadt (ganz in der Nähe der neuen Versammlung) und ist 5 Gehminuten von den nächsten Supermärkten und dem Zentrum von Göttingen entfernt. Der zentrale Campus und die SUB sind 20 Minuten für diejenigen, die gerne zu Fuß gehen, und 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Die Wohnung und die Küche verfügen über alle Utensilien, darunter einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine (schick oder).
