Wir, Georgia (30), Jakob (30) und Sven (32) suchen Nachwuchs für unsere WG. Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung ist zentral gelegen, einen Steinwurf von Lumiere/Kabale/T-Keller entfernt und befindet sich im ersten OG. Das freie Zimmer ist 18m² groß, hat hohe Decken, ein großes Fenster, Holzdielen und Stuck. Wir haben eine große Küche mit Balkon. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und DSL - Alles ist da, nur Du nicht! Wir suchen jemanden, der unkompliziert und gesellig ist und schon WG-Erfahrung hat, idealerweise etwa Ende 20 / Anfang 30 und Nichtraucher.
Die Miete beträgt warm 239,50 € incl. NK, ggf. + Telefon. Kaution 312 €. Du könntest zum 15.01.2010 einziehen, evtl. auch etwas früher.
