Das angebotene Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es befindet sich eine kleine Küchenzeile (siehe Foto) mit Kühlschrank direkt in dem Zimmer. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
The room is located in the 2nd floor of an arpartment building. There is a small kitchenette (see picture) with a fridge directly inside the room. The owners are living in the same house, they are very kind and helpful.
Die Wohnung ist nahe an einer Bushaltestelle gelegen, es gibt auch genügend Platz für Fahrräder. In ca. 400 Metern Entfernung ist ein Nahkauf und ein Penny schnell zu erreichen.
The Flat is located very closely to a bus stop, there is also enough parking space for bycicles. About 400 meters away there is a Nahkauf and a Penny grocery store.
Du hättest einen männlichen sehr netten Mitbewohner, mit dem du dir die Wohnung teilen würdest. Es gibt keinen gemeinsamen Raum, jedoch ist das Zimmer angenehm geräumig für eine Person.
You would have a very nice male flatmate. There is no common room in the flat but the room for yourself is big and good for one Person.
Es gibt eine Abstandszahlung in Höhe von 250€ für einige Dinge, die du wahrscheinlich sowieso bräuchtest, wie Kühlschrank, Ofen/Herd und einigen Möbelstücken. Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf ca. die angegebenen 30€ pro Monat, hängt natürlich davon ab wie viel man verbraucht.

There is a distance payment of 250€ for some things you probably need anyway, for example a fridge, oven and some additional furniture. The additional costs are about 30€ per month - of course it depends how much you consume.
