Hey! Wir sind Sebastian, Jolie und Martin und haben ab September ein freies Zimmer in unserer geräumigen 4er WG.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und hat 18 Quadratmeter und geht zum Nordosten raus, das heißt es fällt durch das große Fenster immer die Morgensonne. Durch die ca. 3,50m hohe Decke lässt sich der Raum sehr gut nutzen und bietet viel Platz. Es sind nur zwei kleine Versätze in den Ecken.
Die große 125 m² WG verfügt neben einem Bad mit Dusche und Eckbadewanne über einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich.
Die Küche bietet viel Platz zum ausgiebigen kochen und ist mit einem großen Kühlsschrank, reichlich Stauraum und einer Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Direkt an die Küche schließt unser Wohnzimmer mit einem Sessel, einem Sofa und dem Esstisch an, in das am Nachmittag die Sonne scheint. Vom Fenster des Wohnzimmers hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Hügel, die Göttingen umgeben.
Außerdem gibt es einen Wintergarten, sowie einen kleinen Kellerraum und einen Schuppen, wo z.B. unsere Fahrräder sicher abgestellt werden können.

Hey! We are Sebastian, Jolie and Martin and are looking from September for a new roommate. The room is 18 square meters and is not furnished. The rest of the apartment is very spacious with high ceilings. If you spontaneously feel like dancing in the kitchen and at the same time a roommate is cooking, it's no problem :) Directly adjacent to the kitchen is our living room equipped with a sofa and dining table, where the sun shines in the afternoon. The bathroom has a tub and a separate shower, as well as two windows that open to the outside. We have a basement and a small shed outside, so you can safely lock your bike and store other things.
Die WG ist Teil eines Mehrfamilienhauses, welches zentral in der Südstadt gelegen ist. Vor der Haustür ist direkt ein Nahkauf und Bäcker. Rewe, Aldi und Penny sind auch nicht weit entfernt. In die Innenstadt läuft man etwa 15 Minuten, es sind jedoch auch 2 Bushaltestellen (21/22 und 91/92) quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell innerhalb weniger Minuten in die Innenstadt, zum Göttinger Wald oder zum Kiessee. Zum Hauptcampus oder Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten.

In der WG würdest du zunächst mit uns leben: Sebastian (24, Data Science-Student), Martin (32, Physik-Doktorand) und Julie (21, Kunstgeschichte + Kulturanthropologie -Studentin).
Sebastian spielt an sonnischen Tagen gerne Beachvolleyball und macht Ausfahrten mit seinem neuen Rennrad. An regnerischen Tagen macht er Musik.
Martin ist ein leidenschaftlicher Fahrradfahrer, ob bei Schnee und Matsch auf dem Mountainbike, bei gutem Wetter auf dem Rennrad oder daheim auf seinem Spinning-Bike im Wintergarten.
Jolie neben den Studium unternimmt am liebsten etwas mit Freunden, geht gerne in Ausstellungen oder auf Reisen und ist phasenweise kreativ unterwegs.
Das Miteinander ist sehr freundlich und entspannt, es wird viel gekocht und häufig zusammen Kaffee/Bier getrunken und gequatscht.

In the shared flat you would live with Sebastian (24, data science student), Martin (32, physics student) and Julie (21, student of history of art and cultural anthropologist).
Sebastian enjoys by sunny days playing volleyball and going on excursions with his new racing bike. When the weather is rainy (which let's be honest might happen in Göttingen), he loves playing music.
Martin is a passionate cyclist, whether in snow and mud on the mountain bike, in good weather on the racing bike, or at home on his spinning bike in the winter garden.
Julie moved in in June and she enjoys her time with friends, visiting exhibitions or on trips and sometimes she feels like going creativ.
Die Miete beträgt 367,50 Euro - da ist alles mit inbegriffen (Strom, Internet, GEZ, usw.).
Die Kaution beträgt 525 Euro.
