This is a nice room for an individual. This is readily available for accommodation. Not much crowded and with all facilities like shared kitchen and bathroom.
The house consists of 192 single apartments, 41 double apartments and 144 single rooms in group flats for 4 people. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital, but also the north area of the university and the campus can be reached by bike in 5 - 10 minutes.
A separate building right next to the dormitory offers space for common rooms . This is also where the party room is located. Our home bar takes place there every week. The room can also be rented for private parties.
If a lamp burns out or if there are major problems, a helpful caretaker is at your disposal.

The student dormitory at Robert-Koch-Straße 38 (Roko) is located in the entrance area of the clinic. It is divided into 3 round buildings, each with 12 floors. The individual towers are connected by a central piece, which accommodates the stairwells, which are exposed for safety reasons.
On each floor there are fully equipped 192 single apartments , 39 double apartments (only for couples, as there are no separate living rooms) and 36 group apartments for groups of four. The recessed top floor is made up of 5 double apartments. The washing machine room is located in the basement.
