Unsere WG sucht zum 1. Oktober eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in. Das freie Zimmer ist 13,3 m² groß, hat ein Fenster und eine Glastür, über die das Highlight des Zimmers, der Balkon, erreichbar ist. Da das Zimmer nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, ist es immer schön hell, die Sonne lässt sich im Sommer aber gut mit Rollos und Vorhängen abschirmen. Der Raum ist nahezu quadratisch geschnitten und lässt sich somit sehr gut einrichten.
Die WG liegt im 2. Stock eines alten Fachwerkhauses mit hohen Räumen. Wir haben eine sehr große Küche mit Spülmaschine und ausreichend Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen. Dort steht auch ein kleines Sofa, sodass sich der Raum bestens für gemütliche Abende eignet und zum Aufenthalt einlädt. Wir haben ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und es gibt in der Wohnung einen weiteren kleinen Raum, in dem ausreichend Stauraum für die ganze WG zur Verfügung steht. Vor dem Haus ist genug Platz für Fahrräder und es gehört auch ein eigener PKW-Parkplatz zur WG.

Our flat is looking for a new roommate for the 1st of October. The room is 13,3 m² in size and has one window and a glass door which opens to the room's highlight, the balcony. It is south-facing and bright all year round, yet heat can be minimalized by curtains and roller blinds during summer. The room is nearly square shaped and can therefore be decorated very well.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old half-timbered house with high rooms. We have a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a small sofa and enough space to cook together and cozy evenings. We have a daylight bathroom including bathtub and bidet as well as a small storage room available for all flatmates.
In front of the house is enough space for bicycles and there is also a private car parking space.
Die WG liegt im unteren Ostviertel, bestens gelegen zwischen Innenstadt, Schillerwiesen und Stadtwald. Zum Gänseliesel läuft man maximal 10 Minuten und die Fußgängerzone liegt 600 Meter entfernt. So kann man alle Vorteile der Innenstadt genießen und trotzdem in ruhiger Lage wohnen. Auch die Uni ist nicht weit: Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 5 Minuten zum Z-Campus und 15 Minuten zum Nordcampus. Die Bushaltestelle Wagnerstraße liegt 20 Meter entfernt. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Häuser weiter einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Bioladen. Supermärkte und Co sind auch nicht weit: In der Oststadt gibt es einen Edeka und einen Rewe und auch alle Geschäfte in der Innenstadt sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the lower Ostviertel, between city center, Schillerwiesen park and Göttinger forest . The Gänseliesel is within a walking distance of 10 minutes and the pedestrian zone in the city center is 600 meters far.. You can enjoy all the benefits of the city center and still live in a quiet location. The university is also not far away: by bicycle it takes 5 minutes to the Z-Campus and 15 minutes to the Nordcampus. The Bus stop "Wagnerstraße" is 20 meters far. There is also a bakery and a small organic shop a few houses away. Supermarkets and shop are also not far: In the Ostviertel there is an Edeka and a Rewe and all the shops in the city center are very easy to reach.
Das Leben in unserer WG gestaltet sich sehr ungezwungen und unkompliziert. Weil unser Alltag so unterschiedlich ist, ergeben sich die meisten gemeinsamen Aktivitäten sehr spontan: Eine Runde über den Wall joggen, Bouldern gehen, zum Baggersee radeln, Filmabende machen oder einfach gemeinsam Abendessen und in der Küche sitzen und quatschen.
In der WG leben Agata, Madita und Lukas. Agata ist 27 Jahre alt und macht gerade ihren Doktor in International Law. Sie kocht das beste Risotto und das beste Curry der WG und trifft sich gern in der Küche für lange Gespräche (auf Deutsch oder Englisch). Agata ist momentan viel im Ausland unterwegs und deswegen manchmal für ein paar Wochen nicht in der WG. Madita ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert im Master Chemie und Französisch auf Lehramt. Sie überrascht mit selbst gebackenen Keksen oder Muffins, sodass die ganze Wohnung duftet und ist bei jedem Gesellschaftsspieleabend in der WG dabei.
Lukas ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert VWL und Politik. Neben seinem Studium macht er gerne Sport wie Basketball, Fahrradfahren oder geht ins FIZ. Auch er kocht gerne oder nimmt sich Zeit zum Lesen oder Musik hören.

Life in our shared apartment is very relaxed and uncomplicated. Because our daily routines are so diverse, most of our activities together happen spontaneously: going for a jog around the wall, bouldering, cycling to the quarry pond, having movie nights, or simply cooking and sitting in the kitchen together, chatting.
In the apartment, there are three people: Agata, Madita, and Lukas. Agata is 27 years old and is currently pursuing her doctorate in International Law. She makes the best risotto and curry in the apartment and enjoys engaging in long conversations in the kitchen (in German or English). Agata is often traveling abroad, so she's occasionally not in the apartment for a few weeks. Madita is 23 years old and is pursuing a Master's degree in Chemistry and French for teaching. She surprises us with homemade cookies or muffins, filling the entire apartment with their aroma, and she's always up for game nights in the apartment.
Lukas is 21 years old and is studying Economics and Politics. Besides his studies, he enjoys sports like basketball, cycling, or going to the fitness center (FIZ). He also enjoys cooking and takes time to read or listen to music.
Nicht in der Miete enthalten sind WLAN und Rundfunkbeitrag, um die sich Madita kümmert. Dafür überweist ihr jedes WG-Mitglied monatlich 11,88€.
Außerdem muss neben der Kaution eine einmalige Ablöse von 80€ für von der WG angeschaffte Gegenstände gezahlt. werden, in erster Linie für die Waschmaschine und ein Regal.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, gegen eine Ablöse können aber Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch übernommen werden.

Not included in the rent are Wi-Fi and broadcasting fees, which Madita takes care of. Each roommate transfers €11.88 monthly for this.
In addition to the security deposit , there is a one-time fee of €80 for items acquired by the shared flat, primarily for the washing machine and a shelf.
The room is rented unfurnished, but bed, wardrobe, and desk can be taken over for a small fee which is negotiable.
