Hello Future Tenat!
A personal situation came out and I sadly need to find a new tenant for my room as soon as possible.
We live in a big and beautiful house close to the Leine river, the Kiesee and the innerstadt: a very nice location for the city!
The house has 3 floors, a basement, and a cellar, plus of course shared kitchen and bathroom. I have been sharing this house with 4 very nice german people (I am from Colombia, this is why the message is in english :D), two girls and two guys.
Your future room will be located on the third floor of the house and your direct neighbour will be Arwed. Arwed graduated last year from Medicine and have been working as a doctor since then in a hospital. He speaks spanishs and always have a smile on his face :). Also, the room face the south so it is very bright and calm. I will not be able to take any furniture with me, so the room will come with a bed a desk and a wardrobe that I would like to sell for 120 euros.
We have a very nice and respectful atmosphere at home. we share moments in the kitchen, balcony, and sometimes go out together, but of course it is very easy to feel comfortably relaxed on your own without any problem. we also follow a cleaning plan and try to keep a not dirty atmosphere.
