Location: This apartment was renovated in 2017 and now it is modern and spacious. It located directly on the campus in Göttingen, only a 1-minute walk to Blau Turm bus station, ZHG, 3-minutes walk to Central Mesna. I believe it is at the best location for students who study at the central campus.
Flat:
Your house is L-shaped, 19 m² in large. All the furniture is takenand you are free to design the space yourself . The kitchen is about 11 m² and is fully equipped except for the dishwasher. The bathroom is also spacious and has 6-7 m² in large.
There are bright windows in every functional area. The whole apartment is about 61 square meters and the warm rent is 344 euros. In the basement, there are a washing machine and a dryer, laundry is for free.

Your future flatmate is a Chinese girl who is studying for her Ph.D. in law. She lives a quiet life and spends a lot of time in the library. She has a cat and I hope you could get along with each other.
The short term rental contract with me is only for three months (until February 28th), and you can apply for a long term contract with the Studentwerk, which ends in March 2022.
